NVQ Awards

There are a number of requirements and prerequisites that need to be met for any NVQ candidate to achieve their award. These are:

The candidate must be registered with the awarding body
The candidate must complete a logbook/portfolio recording their evidence
The candidate must attend training and development workshops
The candidate may be assessed by way of direct observation by a qualified assessor
The candidate's logbook/portfolio must be assessed by a qualified assessor
The candidate's and the assessor's adherence to the National Standards must be verified by an accredited centre

For businesses that have not acquired accredited centre status with one of the Lead Bodies, Hamilton Training & Development can be commissioned to provide all of the above on a per candidate basis for all Level IV Training & Development units. The table below sets out the charges per candidate for some of the more popular Level IV units.

For businesses who have acquired accredited centre status with one of the Lead Bodies, Hamilton Training & Development can provide individual elements of the overall requirement as detailed in the table below under the heading 'Other NVQ Related Work'.

Contract rates may be negotiated and are dependant on numbers of candidates. All fees are exclusive of travel and subsistence.
